  • What is CA Title 24 Reporting?  A Title 24 Report is a report that verifies that your proposed residential building design complies with the California Title 24 energy code.
  • How soon will I get my report? Title 24 Reports generally can be done within 1-3 business days, provided that we receive all necessary information from you. 
  • Are revisions free? We charge a small fee for revisions; however, plan check revisions are free.
  • Do Title 24 Reports need to be registered?  Yes, they need to be registered with a State of California database. Registration is included in our pricing.
  • How will I get my report? We will be emailing you a pdf file to the email address that you provide. 
  • What format is provided? We provide your Title 24 Report and all other documents on a 24 x 36″ format- we can also provide an 8.5 x 11″ format if you would like (at no extra charge). You can let us know what you prefer.
